Tips to coupe up with boredom


Boredom will give stress if it goes longer.... So try to keep your self busy, its necessary to have any good friends with you who will listen your problems and try to sort it out... Some people try to sort their problems by themselves.... its wrong!!! Having other's advice gives you    more options which you might not think of it or get stuck to one decision.

Try to do those things which you like weather it is having a big holiday from work, going for shopping, chatting with friends on phone, reading novels, writting or drawing anything, watching television or film, gardening, decorating your house or your own room, cooking, hanging out with friends, going to salon to refresh yourself, going to gym or even if you are interested in doing any courses which you might find your self busy.

Any thing in which you have interest .... In which you enjoy yourself most......which is your thing and it is about you. Taking time out for your self is easy but people would made it difficult because they goes with the routine and this routine will cause them boredom and stress

how do you usually fight with boredom?

In my point of view boredom just not that you get just bored with any thing... it is another name of getting fed up of situations, like feding up with ur job, ur routein or with ur hair style or ur fashion sense or even with your teeth which you seeing getting worse day by day.
